Special alkaline detergent for the removal of deposits of fresh and charred both animal and
vegetable fat; ideal for ovens, hobs, grills, fryers, rotisseries, hoods and arms of coffee machines.

Formulated with high alkalinity which allows considerable time savings in descaling operations of
carbonized fat. For stubborn dirt, soaking overnight is recommended
